Refund Policy

Refunds
We do not advertise a fixed refund window. If a purchase did not work out, email 514200399@qq.com from the address you used at checkout and we will look at it case by case. Please include the order id from your receipt and the approximate purchase date.
Effect on your licence
A refund ends the licence it relates to. The extension returns to free-tier behaviour on the next licence check. Your local settings and presets are not deleted, and if you buy again later, your configuration is still there.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, including any statutory withdrawal period. Where local law gives you a longer period or a stronger right, that law applies.
